CEROI Indicator Database
and Publikit 1.2

There are 2 ways of accessing the Indicators Database: using Publikit 1.2 or higher (ie. Publikit 1.4) and directly.

  • If your report was created in Publikit 1.2 or later versions, you can access the Indicators Database from the Menu bar.
  • If your report was created in an earlier version of Publikit or was imported, then you may access the Indicators Database directly instead. In this case, remember to manually link to the Indicators Database from your report.

On this page, you will find instructions for entering your urban environmental information into the CEROI Indicators Database using Publikit 1.2 or higher

The 30 CEROI core indicators are to be compared among CEROI member cities. They are intended to help cities in:

  • assessing the extent of information available on certain issues, including gaps;
  • measuring indicator performance over time;
  • comparing data and sharing experiences among cities in the CEROI network.

To access the Indicators Database, open your report in Publikit 1.2. Under menu item 'Help' select 'Enter CEROI Indicator Values'.  Then choose your city name from the box, enter the year of your data and type in your password. This password is the same as the one used for publishing to the internet in all versions of Publikit; passwords are given upon joining the CEROI Programme.

Cities are welcome to contribute data for any year that information is available.

After you have pressed 'Save', you may choose to view your indicator data or to enter more data. Remember that your urban information may be accessed and modified at any time.

In addition to the CEROI Indicator Resources, more help for understanding indicators is available under 'Help < General SoE Help < Indicators' .

If you have any questions concerning passwords or procedures, or need a copy of the current version of Publikit, please contact the CEROI Secretariat at ceroi@grida.no.
