Notes to the data sources :

a)

Diagrams showing results of soil contamination measurements at regularly monitored sites - vysledky mereni kontaminace pudy na pravidelne sledovanych lokalitach - mean values of selected variables in 1996, including a list of the monitored sites. Primary data is found in the central IOZIP database (at IMIP). The source of the data is Design Institute of Trafficand Engineering Transport.

b)

Based on data from the Real Estate Cadastral Register as of December 31, 1996. The source of the data is the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre.

c)

Protected areas - based on a study prepared jointly by IMIP and the Municipal Authority of the City of Prague in 1995 -1997, including a more detailed delineation of their boundaries over cadastral maps. Also a guideline for newly established protected areas and zones. Nature parks - based on data provided by the Institute of the City Development of the City of Prague. Detailed drawings use the IMIP orthophotomap (aerial photographs of 1996) as a topographic base.

d)

Based on studies prepared by Aquatest between 1994 and 1997 for the Municipal Authority of the City of Prague, IMIP, and some Prague District Offices.
