Notes to the data sources
:
a) |
Based on results of the Noise Load Distribution Maps project, prepared by PUDIS and AKMEST under contracts with IMIP and District Offices. The evaluation for the noise load distribution maps is based on noise level measurements (long-term - 24 hours, and short-term - 1 hour), as well as on calculated noise levels along roads and streets. Daytime equivalent noise levels (LAeqD) on facades of apartment blocks are evaluated. So far, the preparation of the noise load distribution maps has proceeded as follows: 1992 - Prague 7, 1993 - Prague 5, 1994 - Prague 3 and Prague 6, 1995 - Prague 4 and Prague 10, 1996 - Prague 1 and 8, 1997 - Prague 2 and 9. |
b) |
Based on information provided by the Institute of the City Development of the City of Prague and a 1997 study prepared by Dinprojekt. |
c) |
A noise map summarizing results presented in the Noise Load Distribution Maps. Traffic noise maps (PUDIS, 1996) and studies dealing with noise loads of population, completed in 1997 in the GIS environment and making use of population data provided by the Czech Statistical Bureau and noise data pertaining to address points in the ZUZI (IMIP) register. The drawings are presented as an overlay of the IMIP orthophotomap (aerial photographs taken in 1996). |
