Social-economic processes of the last decade have imposed significant change over Tbilisi transport sector. The existing situation could be described in following way: the problems caused by transport sector need urgent response, and the existing management practice cannot answer really going processes. New approaches in the city transport management are needed, which together with the effectiveness of transport must be directed towards human's health and protection of urban environment.
