  What you can do to help your city 

Actions of response do not exist factually because of:

• imperfection/absence of legislation;
• absence of new approaches towards urban planning;
• no carry-out of infrastructure changes;
• low incomes;
• unpurposeful spending of incomes;
• absence of the mechanisms of public participation;
• other reasons

There is a need of legal basis, where city management and economic functions will be delineated. The infrastructure existing is to be reviewed.
